Bus speed query

    I have a elite k7s6a mobo, it takes ddr memory 333
    if i buy a 2600xp 333 chip will the chip run at 166mhz
    not sure

    Check your manual for the FSB settings
    If your CPU is running on 166mhz fsb then make sure your ddr memory is
    You can lower this to 133 but then ur not getting the full potential from ur
    cpu
