hi i bought an alpine cd player for my car this week
that plays cdr cdrw, mp3 wma .
i have put all my cds onto my computer so i can make
my own favorite cds ie songs that i listen to more than others on cdr and
    keep the
orgingals at home if the car ever gets broken into.
now in the book it says the cd player can show cd titles, track names etc
and they show up in windows media player 9, but when i burn a disk they dont
    show up in the car
any ideas what im doing wrong??

Are you burning audio or data CDs. Audio CDs will require you to burn the
discs with "CD Text" support. Data CDs are different. The player will
read all the information out of the header of the file itself.
