Can you connect to your router? Enter it's ip address as the URL something
    like 192.168.1.254
Check the status of your connection, DHCP enabled?
Do u need to register your routers mac address with your ISP?
Can you connect to google.co.uk with an IP address 72.14.203.104?
Enter ipconfig /all in a cmd window and post the output

Non functional DNS? Have you entered DNS numbers in your box or the router?

Are you with Tiscali? If so consulting their help section.

    Modem settings for ADSL shows.

Virtual Circuit Identifier - VCI 38

    Virtual Path Finder- VPI 0

    Encapsulation Mode VCMux

    Authentication Type CHAP

Protocol RFC 2364:pPP over ATM (PPPoA)

    Modulation Type G.DMT or Auto

    Primary DNS Server 212.74.112.66

    Secondary DNS Server 212.74.112.67

So Read the modem manual and point your browser at it's configuration page
    and enter the appropriate settings.

Pay no attention to Dustin. He has no idea how Tiscali should be set up.
Neither do I but at least I won't pretend I do.

Can you ping a canonical name from a command prompt?

    ie, C:>ping yahoo.com

If so then the problem lies in the web browser's connection settings.
Better go over them with your broadband provider's technical support.

NetGear's support page for the DG632 is here
    http://kbserver.netgear.com/products/DG632.asp DG632 ADSL Modem
Router - Troubleshooting - No Internet Access - General Troubleshooting

    You aren't getting name resolution.

The installation guide is accessible from the link above. It shows you
how to log into the modemrouter and use its setup wizard.

The tiscali page for setting up the netgear is here
    http://uk-tiscali.custhelp.com/cgi-...BlPWFuc3dlcnMuc2VhcmNoX25sJnBfcGFnZT0x&p_li=#
or http://snipurl.com/u23m How do I setup my Netgear Router with my
    tiscali broadband connection?

which page shows screenshots and configurations, including Domain Name
Server (DNS) Address: Highlight Use These DNS Servers. Then for Primary
DNS type in 212.74.112.66 and for Secondary DNS type in 212.74.112.67.

That doesn't make any sense Meat Plow, if the browser connection settings
were bad, it wouldn't surf to google via IP either.

Mike Easter also seems to think it's a DNS issue....and I haven't posted on
how to setup tiscali, but mr Easter has. DNS numbers included. We're
waiting on the OP to respond.

See the ?, that means it was a question. I don't know if his email server
is IP numbers or a domain name, and neither do you.

He might want to uninstall all of those fucked network connections tho..
his browser might work then if it's not DNS related.

If you have better suggestions, I'm all ears. I'm sure he is too.
