Broadband always disconnected while sending mails via outlook express
It always dropped line and I need to right click to restore
connection. Moreover, for few other applications like clicking on
    words ( answers online dictionary/meaning ), I get diconnections
    sometimes.

    is there any solution?

Perhaps OE and some other applications are set to try to 'dial-up' when
they require internet access, instead of using the existing connection?
