Router not booting - Staying in ROMMON

    hi...
There can be several problems for the same. Please check these and see if u can reach a solution for the same.

    1) IOS name when given dir differs from configured in systemboot flash: command
    2) IOS would have gone bad.

    Solutions.

    1) in rommon issue dev command and check for a valid image
    2) give dir and copy the exact name of the image
    3) Use boot flash: to boot the necessary IOS eg:- rommon 5 >boot flash:c3845-adventerprisek9-mz.124-10.bin
    4) in config prompt change the boot system file

    3845(config)#no boot system
    3845(config)#boot system flash c3845-adventerprisek9-mz.124-10.bin

BIngo!!! there u go ...i think this should fix it ...

    Regards,
