Booting from Iomega 250 MB Zip-drive using USB.

Discussion in 'Computer Support' started by Knut Arvid Keilen, Apr 6, 2007.

  1. I want to be able to boot from a Iomega 250 MB ZIP-drive using an inserted
ZIP ("floppy"), but the software I have
only supports parallell ports. I do have a printer as well as a printer
cable, but the ZIP-drive only has the USB interface.

Is there any support for this method ?

    Thanks !

That depends on your BIOS. Your BIOS is where you set the boot device.
