Hi all I have a problem with the bootup on my computer

After being turned off overnight on bootup the computer doesn't recognise
my master HD until I press F3 and save the settings

On a soft boot there is no problems

    Can anyone help

    Thanks

There's a possibility that the motherboard's battery is failing and
therefore not retaining the BIOS settings. Try replacing it and see how you
    get on.
