Boosting wireless signal---Possible????

    Is there anyway of boosting a wireless signal?

    I have a wireless Netgear router hooked up to my cable modem which is in
    my home office on the top floor of my house.

    I want to boost the wireless signal so a computer in basement can get
    the signal.

    Is this possible?
