Dell Dimension 8300 Windows XP Home P IV 2.6GHz 512 MB RAM
On System start up after the usual Dell screen a black screen with the
    following error message was displayed.
Secondary Drive 0 not found Secondary Drive 1 not found Strike F1 to
continue F2 to run setup utility. Nec CD-RW NR-9300A Liteon DVD_ROM
    LTD163
After using the F1 option the System continued to load but without any CDs
I did a AVG anti virus scan, which found no problems. Did a warm restart
and had same error message. Did a Cold start and then Dell Screen followed
by Windows XP Home screen then normal start up with both CDs listed and
    operational.
