Bing dies (briefly) after Microsoft hits wrong button

    How do you "accidentally" alter a production environment with changes intended for implementation on
    a test environment?

    DVP
    TST
    UAT
    PRD

    I mean, it wasn't even intended for the UAT environment.

    One would expect better release management from Microsoft!
