I need a SPAM blocker/Killer for outlook express. What is the best one ?
Or how do I change to a different mail reader ?
    Thanks,

Ask if your service provider would apply a Spam blocker for free for your
email service. Most of them do this service now, and it is included in your
    subscription.

The best thing I found was to get a Hotmail or Yahoo account, and use that
for your public emails. You can also make your address a bit munged, such as
setting up your email account to give a return address such as
This would help to cut back on some of the Spam.
Just mention in your signature to remove the NOSPAM from your email address
when returning, so that the newbies will realize this.

I use a Hotmail account. In some areas I use a Yahoo account. The basic ones
are free. There are many of these to choose from. It is a matter of
    preference.

Some service providers also allow for alias addresses. The provider that I
am with allows up to 10 of them. This is a user changeable address that you
can put on a forwarding. When it gets too many Spams, you then delete your
old one, and start a new one with the forward on it.

I must say my old dialup isp has the best spam blocker. Even tho I'm on
cable now I'm keeping my account with them just for their email service.
