attached ro replies

    What is / and why am I getting the following statements attached to the
    bottom of all my email replies. It just started appearing yesterday.

    I don't know the reason, but (at a guess) it looks like some
    config file is being used as your signature. I'm assuming
    you are using Netscape; have you tried backing up your
    data/address book and uninstall/reinstall?

    Your mail filter rules are being appended as a sig. Point your email
    client elsewhere - like to your sig file - for your sig. Or turn off
    the sig.

    Or if by "all my email replies", you mean on replies that come *to* you
    from your (apparently only) correspondent, tell him/her to kill their
    sig.

    thanks... it was the signature thing.. Don't know how it got there,
    but I got rid of it.
