Hi, I have just bought my daughter a new mobo and processor to upgrade her,
her new processor is faster than the one I have so I thought about having it
    myself!!

I have an Asus A7A266 motherboard, which says in the manual it will go up to
1.2ghz, it has an Athlon xp1800+ fitted (1.55ghz) how come? if it will only
go up to 1.2ghz and is it possible to fit an athlon 2400.

If possible could someone give me a clue how to change the jumper settings
please, or should I leave it in "auto" mode and it will set itself up?

    Thanks, Jenny.
