    hi NG,

i'm running a ASA 5505 and loosing the connection every so often.
The DSL Signal is not an issue, since my Zywall2 works properly in
    combination to my DSL-Bridged-Mode Router.
The Bridged Mode Router is a: Zyxel p623me-t1, where by the ATM loopback
test is OK, noise margins up/down seem ok as well.

While running the ASA after around 25-40 Minutes i get following messages:

    %ASA-3-403503:pPPoE:pPP link down:
    %ASA-3-403503:pPPoE:pPP link down:peer Terminated
    %ASA-3-403503:pPPoE:pPP link down:
    %ASA-3-403503:pPPoE:pPP link down:LCP down
    %ASA-3-403503:pPPoE:pPP link down:
    %ASA-3-403503:pPPoE:pPP link down:LCP down
    %ASA-3-403503:pPPoE:pPP link down:
    %ASA-3-403503:pPPoE:pPP link down:peer Terminated
    %ASA-3-403503:pPPoE:pPP link down:
    %ASA-3-403503:pPPoE:pPP link down:LCP down

My ASA now will hardly ever reconnect again, without me rebooting the
    Bridged-Mode-Router.
Following shows a sample of a debugged connection etablishing and connection
    failing
I asume not the link is the issue, i could be something about diffrent
    PPP(oE) timing...
    any suggestions are welcome.

    thank you
