are all 350mhz cables cat6 cables?

    I'm looking at a cable, right now, whose description reads "enhanced
    350mhz, cat.5 network, patch cable".

    Aren't 350mhz cables cat6, by definition? Or is there a way for a
    cable to be 350mhz but not be cat6?
