When I signed up for my ISP's Accelerator Plus service, a rather
useless optional toolbar came with it. I turned off the toolbar in my
account. The toolbar stayed in both IE and Firefox. I deleted
temporary files, cookies, caches, and about everything else I could
think of for both browsers. The toolbar went away for a few days and
then popped up again. Next time I opened a browser, it was gone again.
A few days later it was back again and then gone again. Every few
days it continues to pop up and then disappear at the next logon. Any
    thoughts?
