Anyway to prevent IP Spoofing with Web Email?

I have a client that uses bizmail from Yahoo for their email. They called today and said they
received a lot of emails from what seemed like an attorney's office they do business with but when
they tried to respond, the email address is not valid.

Since they are using a web-based email like Yahoo, is there a way to prevent this from getting to
their outlook express or is that something that must be done on Yahoo's side?

Receiving Web based mail doesn't require setting up a mail host, but to
reply Does. Use windows to set up POP & SMTP hosts and test it that
way. Get the IP numbers from your ISP.
