I have done all the steps that work with regular XP, and it will not
connect. I notice Q331320 hotfix does not work on 64 bit, but I read it's
not needed for XP SP 2 so I assume it's not needed for XP 64bit. Has anyone
    gotten this to work?

Fixed it - for some reason the certificate wasn't installed properly on the
    machine..
