    Without knowing which OS,

    0) www.google.com
    1) UNIX/Linux add shutdown to a cron job.
    2) Windows , www.sysinternals.com have a look in the NT-2003 utils for
    PSTools.
    3) Windows, rundll command line and a batch file in an AT job, 9x,
    NT-2003.
    4) www.google.com
    and finally
    5) www.google.com

    If none of those work
    http://www.google.com/search?q=shutdown pc utility
Web Results 1 - 10 of about 260,000 English pages for
    shutdown pc utility
    (0.51 seconds)

You don't need additional software. Use a batch
file and run it from your task scheduler. Make
the contents of the batch file as follows (assuming
    Windows XP):

    @ECHO OFF
    %SystemRoot%\System32\Shutdown.exe -s -f -t 00
    CLS
    EXIT
