    Thanks, I asked because I dont like people who deny they have a problem
    and tell me its my end.

    They have now called and accept that there is a problem and its not at
    my end.

    I ran a full port scan, ran a few exploits, elevated my privileges,
    installed a root kit and logged out.

    Seems to be all working okay to me...
