Another good reason not to go to any form of Hi Def DVD. This is what the subject should have been

    While I don't like this either, Blu-Ray's plan to reduce the number of
    regions from 7 to 3 is at least an improvement over the DVD format. So I
    don't see why this would hold me back from upgrading.

    Dealing with it does not mean it's just fine.

    Will players of the new formats be as easy to region hack?
