Some unknown process periodically changes all the icons in

    "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative
    Tools"

(and elsewhere in the system, i.e., Administrative icons on the Desktop)

so that the Properties Target values of all the icons is

    "%SystemRoot%\system32\eventvwr.msc /s"

Does anyone know what causes this?

    Thanks.
