    Win XP Pro.

I inadvertently clicked and dragged 'Administrative Tools' from
my Start 'All Programs' list into my desktop. Now I cannot
delete it from the desktop or place it back into the 'All Programs'
list no matter what I try.
There must be a way to do this, can someone tell me?
