What with Orcon being total crap, I'm on the lookout for a new
    Jetstream ISP.

I unashamedly admit to plenty of P2P use (well, not heaps and heaps,
but I do like to grab things quickly when I want them), and am
prepared to pay for the privilege (I thought that was the idea of
    Orcon's $10 for 10GB 2Mbps plan, but obviously not).

How are Actrix's CyberJet plans? Do you actually get 2Mbps? What about
on protocols that actually use high speed (eg P2P)? What are they like
    to deal with?

    Ta in advance.
