    Hi list,

I have to get the active PPP Users, who are dialed in a Cisco AS5350.
I tried it with SNMP and it works, but the result is wrong very often.
If I compare the SNMP output with the output of the console (with
show caller ip), it seems that on the console you get the right
result. With SNMP you get empty user names, double user names or user
names which are not correct. I think, this is not an SNMP client
issue, because the results are wrong with a variety of SNMP clients
(snmpwalk, braa...). I noticed this bug in IOS 12.3.3e. Today I made
an experiment with 12.3.10 and the result was even worse (much more
empty user names)! Anybody out there, who has got a work around or an
IOS version, which gives the right results?

SNMP queries I have made with snmpwalk (all with wrong results):
    cctActiveUserId (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.163.1.2.3.1.9) of
    CISCO-CALL-TRACKER-MIB
    casnActiveEntry (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.150.1.1.3.1.2) of
    CISCO-AAA-SESSION-MIB
    cpmActiveUserId (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.3.1.1.3) of CISCO-POP-MGMT-MIB
    IOS Versions:
    12.3.3e (IP PLUS)
    12.3.10 (IP PLUS)

    Thank you very much

    Regards

Open a TAC case and request fixup. There's probably an interim image
    that fixes that problem..
