I helped a friend set up a Netscape mail account. She is able to access
it via Netscape browser, but the Netscape mail client access end up
with her password being rejected. (She has imap.netscape.net as the
    server for incoming e-mail.)

I have a similar account set up a few years back with Netscape, and I
am able to access it both via a web browser and the mail client.
    What is she doing wrong?

    Thanks for all suggestions.
