accessing disc cache (linux)

    Having found the on disc cache of viewed files etc, quick question. is there
    a simple way of actually viewing these file? they all get saved with pretty
    random file names and no extensions. i know winduz can do this with IE, i'm
    assuming since the files are here I *can* get into them.

    ideas?

    in the address bar type in about:cache
