Access Denied

    How can I delete a couple of folders from my computer that tell me access
    denied? I've tried safe mode, safe command prompt, etc and it still says
    denied. any other way? thanx.

    I forgot to add...

    I dont think these are files in use, but yet a security issue or folder
    permission issue. is there a way to change folder permisssions in Windows XP
    as there are in 2000/NT? Thanx again.
