About the elective

Discussion in 'MCAD' started by Karthik Sukumar, Feb 10, 2006.

  1. I have passed the exam 70-315 - developing web app with c# and am also
interested in windows apps. Can I write 70-316 -developing windows apps with
c# as an elective? How will the credit for this exam be allocated? Any advice
    is appreciated. Thanks

    Congratulations!

    Yes you can. See here:

    Blurb from the above:

    Exam 70-305*, 70-306*, 70-315*, or 70-316*

If you use Exam 70-305 or 70-315 to satisfy the core exam requirement, you
may use either Exam 70-306 or 70-316 as an elective.

If you use Exam 70-306 or 70-316 to satisfy the core exam requirement, you
may use either Exam 70-305 or 70-315 as an elective.

    Simon.

  3. Thanks Simon

I was looking through the MCAD FAQ yesterday and noticed that these lines
were a part of a question on credit allocation. Even then I wasn't 100% sure,
but now I am. Thanks again.
