My A drive will chatter when I take the computer out of standby mode and
click on the icon for my Yahoo mail for instance, any ideas what is causeing
this. It does this normally if some one has been useing the A drive or
leaves the floppy in, and forgets to remove it, before putting comouter in
    the standby mode.

If I re-start and start all over its a normal start up, also whats the
    difference between re-start and re-boot?

    Thanks
    Tom
