64-bit not 32-bit

Discussion in 'Windows 64bit' started by =?Utf-8?B?cHJvemFjMTE=?=, Feb 4, 2007.

  1. I downloaded Vista Premium on line. I have a ADM Athlon 64x2 Dual Core
Prosesser 4400+ 2.20 GHz. And when I loaded Vista the program didn't ask if I
wanted 32-bit or 64-bit. I want 64-bit ,how do I fix this problem? Thank You

Since you downloaded the wrong edition for you, at this point about all you
can do is call customer service. The number is on the page you signed up
for the download (and missed the link to the 64-bit version) You can't
magically turn a 32-bit version into a 64-bit version. Sorry.
