    Analyse the audio clicks of nz lotto wheel (casino.)

    As wheel slows, each interval milliseconds (10^-4s)
    between wheel prizes should increase in time,
    until it stops. linear polynomial regression model.

    CAUTION.The 'click' may not be moment
    'releasing from one peg' but 'hitting the following peg.'

    funny??. sometimes it rolls backwards. And it
    stopped between!. The player chose either, which was
    a Daimler car or expensive car, etc.?

    It is obviously a very crude kind of machine, and
    is it fairer than a barrel or die.?

    Do they test it that way!!


    e.g. top prize $1 million (or any prize) should have similar
    intermediate interval to next prize.

    ex. measure the areas or angles on wheel advertising
    flier! planimeter.


    It/ must be constructed probably more accurately
    than just nails in a disk. HOPEFULLY.
    But, since it is shown on (TV2) it can be tested by you or
    me viewer every week !
