    Guys,

I have setup a dial in connection via dial up modem into AUX 0 port of a cisco 2511 terminal server.
    I have it working well.
I do have one problem, I have setup hostname mappings to connect to my Async ports on the back of the terminal server .. ie:
    ip host pp1.15 2015 192.168.1.1
    ip host pp1.14 2014 192.168.1.1
    ip host pp1.13 2013 192.168.1.1
    ip host pp1.12 2012 192.168.1.1
    ip host pp1.11 2011 192.168.1.1

When i am telnetted into my router, i run the command pp1.15 for example and it connects to async port 15. But if i am dialed into my router via the AUX if i run the same comman pp1.15 it throws an error:
"% Invalid input detected at '^' marker."
Why doenst it recognise the hostname mapping.??
