2 removable drives corrupted in 2 weeks by what?????

Discussion in 'Windows 64bit' started by =?Utf-8?B?bHN3YXR0cw==?=, Nov 1, 2007.

  1. Twice I was running a directory printing utility from a networked computer to
my computers removable hot swappable SATA drives using vantecs EZ swap-2
    kits.
These drives have been stable for over a year.

Can a utility corrupt a directory structure to make it unreadable?

Chkdsc could not recover the drive.

Anyone else have a problem like this?
    Help!
