We have an OC12 coming in to a LC-OC12-DS3 on a Cisco 12000 series
router. We then have some DS3's going to another piece of gear via a
12DS3-SMB-B card. The other piece takes the DS3 and addresses
    individual DS1's.

The issue is we cannot seem to figure out how to pass the DS3's from
the OC12 to the 12DS3-SMB-B card. Is this possible?
