128MB RAM in a CISCO 4700 router? How to?

I have seen on Ebay advertisement with cisco 4700 routers for sale (old
routers). Some of the vendors pretend that they can put 128MB RAM in a
4700M+. On CISCO's web site, it is said that these routers can only have
    64MB of RAM.
I have tried putting 128MB RAM in my cisco 4700M+ but it does not work.
I have tried 2x ECC 72pins 64MB RAM double sided with 36 chips on each.
What sort of RAM should I buy?
Do you know of a vendor where I could buy them? (in the USA or Europe).

    Is 128MB in a cisco 4700M+ a myth?
