Given the inevitably poor quality such long distance shots will have,
whatever length and quality the optics, due to atmospheric problems
such as haze and thermals, you might be better spending the money on a
cheap quiet electrically powered drone with a small camera or two (one
for navigation, one for the celeb snap).
