hi , i have written a code in c++ and well it doesn't do what i expect it to do. heres the URL to the code:

generally it should read from a text file and populate the structs through a array pointer but when i execute the code nothing happens! or sometimes long random numbers keep occurring can you tell me what am i doing wrong there and suggest any improvements i have marked out the function which im having a poblem with a comment thanks from you help
