When you pass your cursor over a graphic which has an HTML "alt" tag, the text doesn't show.

Is there a fix for this?

This has been discussed before.
The purpose of the ALT tag is to show *altenate text* for text only
browsers. It's a IE *feature* that shows ALT as a tooltip.
TITLE tag is supposed to show the tooltip.
