Anyone know of a newsgroup for this device ?

I searched/found a lot of web forums for android and Samsung galaxy but
nothing related to my question: what is data structure /where is data
stored. A newsgroup would be easier.
I bought larger sdcard for it but when I swap it out I lose ... LOTS of
folders , yet when I search original " /external sd" folder, it's just as
empty as new card - 2 files.
how is old card "holding all of my music,photos,etc " yet not showing up as
a disk structure. They all SEEM to be on internal drive - until I swap
cards, then it all goes away.
For now I'll copy all files and restore to new 32gb card but would like to
learn why it is as it is.
