I have setup the jquery.form.js. and am thinking that way
i set up the ajaxForm is some how wrong. I can't sent and
post value to server.

<form method="post" action="index.php" method="POST" id="login_form">
<input type="hidden" name="c" id="c" value="login">
<input type="hidden" name="e" id="e" value="salon">
<p>ID:<input type="text" name="id" id="id" size="30"></p>
<p>Password:<input type="password" name="pass" id="pass" size="30"></p>
<p><div id="err_msg"></div><input type="submit" value="LOGIN"
class="send-btn" ></p>
<!--
<p><a href="admin_top.html"><img src="./img/admin_login_loginbtn.gif"
width="49" height="18" alt="LOGIN"></a></p>
-->
</form>

//Document Ready
//
//send login information
//*require jquery.form.js
//
$(function(){
$(document).ready(function() {
$('#login_form').ajaxForm(function() {
});
});
});

The jQuery library has it's own support mailing list and you will
likely get a better answer there.

The quality of the jQuery code has been scrutinized heavily and
contested in this group lately.
