Importing from Outlook (again)

I had to completely remove Mozilla so I could completely reinstall it.
Upon trying to import my Address Book from Outlook, Mozilla tells me to
make Outlook be my default mail client. However, START>Set Program
Access and Defaults does not show Outlook as a pick. But it's on my
machine and I use the calendar functions every day. How do I point
Mozilla at the .pst file or whatever where Outlook has all my data
socked away?
