Hi Tina,
Writing web applications is arguably the most difficult type of programming
to do, what with all the network operations involved, distributed objects,
stateless environment, etc. There are a few people in the world that learn
best by reading, but not many. I would recommend that you do get some
practical experience with ASP.Net and C# before trying to take the exam. You
can create your own projects, and just increase the complexity of the apps
you create, incorporating more of what you learn as you go.
