Control Modelsim simulation from Perl Script

Hi

I want to control the modelsim Simulation using Perl script.

Can any one give idea how to go about it.

i know that ..We have to call the the commans of model sim in perl
VSIM to load.

but how to make my script get connected top the instance on the
modelsim window.
