Error msgno = 427 in autosys.err when running perl script - What does "427" mean ????

It's about a UNIX err message that I don't know the meaning of :

When I run a Perl script through Autosys, Autosys creates this error
message in
the Autosys.err file :

Error msgno = 427.

Any idea what this means?

In my Perl script, I am making calls to a k-shell script like this :

$exitvar4 = system("/MLIM_lenders/NYSLmlim/bin/batch2.ksh EXCHRATE");

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated
