Always innovating, Mushkin has added a new Redline Series to their XP (Xtreme Performance) lineup of memory. The Redline modules are rated for PC3500 or PC4000 speeds with 2-2-2 timings. In order to achieve these speeds however, voltages in excess of 3.1V are needed!

Those Mushkin modules are hot. They run at really tight timings. A friend of mine just ordered the PC4000XP (2x512MB) and he's very satisified with them.
But, since I consider myself as an heavy overclocker, i would prefer to buy other memory modules which are based on TCCD chips, since those Mushkins are not capable of reaching FSB of more than 260MHz (according to what I've heard).

Really? Do you have the Mushkin PC4000XP (the RED model) and you can reach FSB of 290 (don't care 'bout the timings)???
I should tell that to my friend!
What about the voltages? Do you run the modules with the stock voltage? or higher?

Will ram ever get to fast? Really... They make it seem that not many boards will be able to handle that kind of voltage..

System only hangs cause of my shity PSU it gives out 1.58 - 1.63 volts, u get the system booted between teh 1.6 and 1.63 and your fine
