how to develop a softphone in C#?

Hi all!

I would like to use C# language to build softphone. I am new in this field but I have found http://voip-sip-sdk.com/p_272-how-to...-sdk-voip.html
Has anybody tried it yet? Any comments on it?
A little review of it will be a great help for me!
