Any one noticed that its impossible to select the Tools Icon and add it
to a folder, the is the one with the hammerhead and screw driver ? all
you get is a Board with a Pen.

I did some research into this but it has the wrong index key, same Bug
in WIN 7


Any one know how to fix this...?

Found a Fix use compstui.dll instead of shell32.dll that one
works..
