The email is held up, but it has not yet finally failed to be delivered.
Your mail server will try again.
Yahoo (who runs Xtra's email) do defer accepting some emails.
The big reason is to control spam.
The help below is aimed at the Administrator of the mail server
which you are using to send your outgoing mail.
